Just phone the blues ticket office to purchase my five season ticket seats for the home tie against CD National.. Only to be told that under 16 are £5 (good value), but for my son who is five the price is £5 (the same as an adult season ticket holder!

When I questioned this the response from the supervisor is "This is how we have been selling them all week" Only at the Blues!!

There is also an admin fee of £8.40 for this service on top of the ticket price.

This is what you get in return for buying five season tickets... :copno:

Anyway... whilst you were on the phone, did they mention anything about the amount of tickets you are allowed to buy. Is it restricted to 1 per person or is it a first come, first serve kind of thing?

Blake - That isn't what it says on the Blues Ticket Page:

http://www.bcfc.com/page/HomeDetail/0,,10412~2414061,00.html

Concessions are £3.00 and for all tickets there is a management fee which includes postage.

I have purchased my ticket online at £5.00 plus £1.05 = £6.05 **thumbup

Terrific Value :applause:

its under 19 as well
not 16

they don't do a price for under 6 it comes under the 19

and did you book the tickets with each season ticket reference number?

if your son doesn't have a season ticket he will pay for full price

Is the 5 year old a season ticket holder? That is the only logical explanation. :crying:

If they advertised the tickets at £35 but the Club insisted on £60 would you pay it?

The Tickets are advertised at £3.00 each for ST Concessions on the Blues Ticket Page....
Why should anyone pay more irresepctive of how much good value it is?

Blake - Are you not able to purchase Online?
If not telephone the Ticket Office again - and remember they will be under pressure because I assume some of the staff redundancies will have been in the Ticket Office - and just be really nice to them....
Tell them you understand that they are under pressure etc but according to the Blues Ticket Page, Tickets for 5 year olds are £3.00 each....

Also bear in mind that the management fee may be different because the Online purchase is now managed by Ticketmaster. **thumbup
